You can expect to be greeted warmly at the entrances. You will be engaged by gospel-centered preaching and teaching. Someone will invite you to an intimate and welcoming Bible study group and you will be able to participate in spirit-led blended worship.
At First Baptist Church Shady Spring, you can come as you are! Some folks wear dresses, some wear jeans. You will find men in sports coats, flannels, or short-sleeve shirts wearing slacks or jeans.
Parking is easy at FBC Shady. You can park in the front or back of the church and use front and side entrances where there will be someone there to give you a friendly welcome.
If you desire nursery services, you will be directed downstairs to our colorful, fun nursery with background checked staff. Children stay in the service with their family until the worship and singing are concluded. Then, children who wish can go to Children’s church. Our restrooms are in the front foyer of the church.
There are a few ways to get connected to FBC Shady. First, like our Facebook page so you can keep up with information about the church. Second, join BAND which is our free communication platform. On BAND, we share information, events, and prayer requests. Third, join a Sunday School class or small group. Last, there are many opportunities to serve at FBC Shady, so find your passion and calling and plug-in!
